I am in shock and have never been treated in such manner by any staff in any shop! My mum asked to reserve a vase twice once without payment, once with pre-payment and the blonde store manager didnt bother to even come out of the back to respond to her face, instead she shouted that we cant reserve on 'breakable' items.... read full comment

Same clothes on rails for months and months! Over priced rubbish! All decent clothes get sold online.
