I have been with EE for years. Very happy with their network services. My only gripe is dealing with an EE branch in Staines where I was ripped off with 2 ridiculous mobile phone contracts plus a dongle costing me £290/m. Then asked on more than one occasion to reduce my monthly rate saying they couldn?t help.Yet this branch was incredibly helpful. Went the extra mile for me and organised the perfect package for me.Highly recommended

Went to Surbiton EE to get the new iphone 14 Pro Max , upon arrival Marcus who was extremely polite welcomed us and helped us with the choice price range etc? there was an upfront cost of 40£ which he somehow managed to discount for us with the help of the Store Manager Mr Alamin who offered us a glass of water as it was quite lunny outside. All together me and my partner really enjoyed out experience and the service we received particularly from the young chap Marcus . Thank you for the help guys , we will be back in 2 years for our upgrades

2 years ago they helped me with my mobile contract but now I finished and thinking of getting sim only, they can?t help. Told me to phone ee helpline. Staff weren?t helpful at all. Just offered me stuff I don?t need.

As a senior lady I needed help with a new, Broad band contract. Mark from surbiton branch ,WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL and patient, till I totally understood what to do, thankyou Mark ,pam Swanepoel ?

Employees are good and nice when you sign a contract but when you cancel they are very unfriendly and uncooperative. I wanted to solve the problem but I was offered a cell phone contract which I canceled a day later but he said you could do that but only the manager can do that. but he was unpleasant.I will never recommend this EE store to anyone

This is the worse store to buy a phone or upgrade or make any purchase. Don?t bother they will lie about the deals. They use three staff to gang on each client because it?s a small shop and they will make confuse you.The manager doesn?t return anything even though you changed your mind about the product. The site says there?s a rerun policy but they won?t do it even if you are a loyal customer to EE.Don?t assume your gonna get a VIP service from vultures.

Not sure why a company is still willing to waste money having a shop on a high street when their staff are lacking basic manners and no idea what customer service is about.

Booked online for a 2 hour repair. Arrived on time just to wait in the queue and was then told they don't do any repairs in store and send them all off. A two week turnaround. A complete waste of time.

Check the attached pictures to find out what a "smashed screen" looks like which will void the warranty (scratch in the bottom-left).Took an in-warranty phone here for repair on 13/02/23 and was told that a year-old surface scratch on the protective glass constituted a "smashed screen" and was the cause of the faulty LCD panel. Hilarious...Next, I was told that the phone "had no power" despite it buzzing and beeping in response to messages, and responding with voiceaudio to "OK Google" prompts.... apparently the they don't know what "power" is?They wanted £400 to replace the faulty LCD panel that was "caused by physical damage".When I pushed the store attendant to explain why he was feeding me this nonsense, he said that he "didn't want to put his job in jeopardy".Just go to any other store...
