I have been with EE for years. Very happy with their network services. My only gripe is dealing with an EE branch in Staines where I was ripped off with 2 ridiculous mobile phone contracts plus a dongle costing me £290/m. Went to Surbiton EE to get the new iphone 14 Pro Max , upon arrival Marcus who was extremely polite welcomed us and helped us with the choice price range etc… there was an upfront cost of 40£ which he somehow managed to discount for us with the help of the Store Manager Mr Alamin who offered us a glass of water as it... read full comment
