I had a fantastic experience at Boots Stratford today, thanks to two amazing team members – Hasib and Amy.
Hasib was serving at the till and made the checkout process smooth, quick, and friendly. He was polite, calm, and very professional, even during a busy time. His kind attitude and respectful approach really stood out and left a great impression on me.
Amy was also at the till, and when I mentioned that one of the items I needed wasn’t available on the shop floor, she didn’t hesitate to help. She kindly offered to check the stock room and returned with the item, which I truly appreciated. Her extra effort and willingness to go beyond her role showed genuine care for customers.
