Unfortunately same experience as other reviews, fake apartment, avoid. Wish I'd checked google reviews earlier, the rating on Expedia was quite good.

CAPITAL has a citywide reputation in London for booking out rooms and then canceling on customers, usually without notifying you.

As many others have written before, this is a hotel to avoid. It is impossible to get in touch with the company as they do not answer either the phone or email. 24 hours before check-in we were supposed to get a code to get into the apartment but we did not get anything. The only thing that saved us was that we met the cleaning ladies who were cleaning the apartments. There was Wi-Fi but we were never given a password so we could not use it. The room itself was perfectly fine but several beds were broken, one of the sofas was also broken and to top it all off we were told that we had to change apartments due to water damage which after much investigation turned out to be from another apartment.
A shame in this incredible location. The only thing that was worth five stars was the cleaning staff who helped us even get in in the first place!

Terrible experience! This is a fake apartment.
Booked and paid for regularly, but two hours before check-in, the owner canceled the reservation, offering unacceptable alternative solutions. In the days prior, I tried several times to contact them to get the access codes for the property, but I never received a response.
I strongly advise against booking this property and recommend reporting this scam to prevent others from having the same bad experience.

Great location, high level of fit out and spotless. Could have more consumables like coffee pod and loo roll
