Unfortunately same experience as other reviews, fake apartment, avoid. Wish I'd checked google reviews earlier, the rating on Expedia was quite good.

As many others have written before, this is a hotel to avoid. It is impossible to get in touch with the company as they do not answer either the phone or email. 24 hours before check-in we were supposed to get a code to get into the apartment but we did not get anything.
