David Lloyd is happy to take your money, but has no customer service.The way the recent 'upgrade' (see Clare's 1 star review) has been managed followed by a max 9% price hike with no proper time to evaluate and cancel membership, is an absolutely disgusting way to treat existing members. I spoke to Beth yesterday at the Sidcup branch. Beth was incredibly helpful, she gave a detailed tour of the club and then talked me through all of the membership options to make sure I got the best one for me. I had so many questions and Beth was amazing at answering all of them! Thank you!!
