“With a 20% sparks offer, I popped into the beauty department where the fabulous Kafayat( spelling may not be correct?) guided me through make up, hair and body care sections. She is so knowledgeable and although I had gone into buy an eye pencil, I ended up ordering WOW hair products and apothecary creams. The blue/ black eve pencil wasn’t available in store but Kafayat advised to purchase online. This lady is worth her weight in gold. I sought out one of the managers, Dino, to relay my excellent in store experience as so often we complain but forget to praise super helpful people in store. Thanks to Kafayat, I’m a faithful follower of M and S beauty”

“Has most of the usual stuff you'd expect from a convenience store except higher priced on several products compared to other shops. Ended up abandoning shopping trip here and went across the road to Tesco because of the higher prices of some of the things we needed. It's good to see them taking social distancing measures seriously though, polite security guard.”

“I work in the bus company next to this Tesco and buy meal deal always prawn salad it use to come with plastic fork in old times.Suddenly Tesco decided to remove the plastic fork and offer wooden fork which left next to one of the till which collects dust and dirt.At least I could take it and wash it before use.This brunch don't even keep the fork.And when I ask the staff I was told to eat the prawn salad with my hand ✋Meal deal means eat on the goIf the management ordering stock they should order forks for the amount of ready meal that they sale.Not Tesco fault bad managementFollow upI purchased prawn salad on Sunday 15/Oct/22 and I was pleased to see they had fork in the bag and the cashier gave me one fork in a very hygiene manner.Thank you.”

“We prefer this little M&S food over the one within Westfield for smaller grocery shopping within the area. This one's more quiet, well stocked and easier to get to and the staff during our visit were helpful - we didn't notice them being rude and cold from the moment we entered. For bigger rounds, this one may not be suitable.”

“Standard Sainsbury's local. I'd say staff wise more pleasant than the Tesco nearby. Usually quite low on produce late in the day. Their food reductions are better than the Tesco ones. However, they do lack a lot on the soft drinks front.”
