“I made an order online and a few of my items cherry coke and 4 of them was substituted for cherry coke zero and I did call the store to see if I could get these changed to the normal coke instead but the lady I spoke to said that she wasn't able to do that due to there system which I do understand and I find it such a shame that the online service doesn't get in touch with us as customers to see what we want substituted instead of thinking that these substituted items are ok but I do have to bless the lady I spoke to for tying her best just a shame on the i.t side of things”

“Best shop in this area. And staff is always nice and friendly. Products are very good, but of course less choice than in the big Waitrose. And the new design of the shop has improved it a lot. Only pet food is better nearby.”

“In terms of Amazon returns, if they dont have the space the poor staff cant magic it up. They take huge delivery lorries and even helped a broken down lorry driver get help. The carpark is big for a small store, and its FREE. So its a good shop to know about when you are driving near Hammersmith. There was a girl playing carols outside on a whistle, which reminded me of a Shakespeare open air play I saw in the Summer. How charming!”

“This is a very modern Tesco's designed for quick in and out shopping. It's pretty simple process it's not that complicated to enter and leave as some of the other comments are suggesting (older generation), I have never had any issues - you can just scan your receipt to exit once you're finished shopping. No need to download any apps, however if you want you can use the app to shop in here which is quite smart when you think about it. I am seeing a lot of the comments complaining about the technology side of things in this Tesco - there is another Tesco's about an 8 minute walk from here, that is a normal Tesco's express, if this is not your thing you can go here. This Tesco's doesn't have a lot of choices/options and I would say mostly the bigger / more expensive brands rather than Tesco's own but nonetheless to pick up a few bits it's fine for that - also they always have lots of good stuff in the reduced section (fridge at the back) if you're looking for deals.”
