Only would recommend the White City Westfield branch and not the Harley street branch as the staff and optometrist are very rude and so unprofessional unlike the White City branch where every single member of staff from the reception staff to the surgeons are all so friendly , patient and very knowledgeable. The staffs are nice and explained the whole the process with me. Although I didn’t like that my procedure was changed on the day of my surgery but it was explained to me why.
