“Took time to solve issues unlike the King Street branch who brush things aside and handed me a leaflet explaining how to make a complain against his own company .......BUT when we went to Westfield Shopping.... Assistant manager Mr Saif Khan was extremely helpful....went further a mile to get my wife's account sorted.....not even my business banks could give me that much customer time dealing with banking issues. So hands down this is the first branch of bank over my 43 years of doing business and personal banking. This is how Banks should be operated. Good job Mr Khan and thank you for resolving the issues.”
