“I like it here as it has everything in one place which makes shopping so much easier. Only thing I would say is their isn't enough cashiers which makes the cue super long. Apart from that the store is clean, fully stocked, tidy and the staff are super friendly.”

“I called this store today and spoke to a very polite young Lady called Trinity, she was very helpful, and gave us in site to what drills she had in store, but only had one left in the make we wanted, I said I'll be to her with in half an hour, and when we got to the store, this young Lady had very kindly put it aside for us, she was so polite, lovely kind smile, and her Customer Service was exceptional. This is a BIG Thank you to you Trinity.”

“Thank you Omar for your help on Fri 5 May. Required a copy of a misplaced receipt. He was able to help. Other staff member said that this was not possible. Also whilst dealing with me. Omar was dealing with a complicated issue for another customer. He was so patient with her for what might have been a complicated issue had he not been there!”
