“I called this store today and spoke to a very polite young Lady called Trinity, she was very helpful, and gave us in site to what drills she had in store, but only had one left in the make we wanted, I said I'll be to her with in half an hour, and when we got to the store, this young Lady had very kindly put it aside for us, she was so polite, lovely kind smile, and her Customer Service was exceptional.
