“I went into the Dreams store in Harlow Essex, The gentleman that assisted my wife and I was very helpful, He explained everything we needed to know at the point of purchase, He showed us the mattresses that were suitable for our needs and left us to choose the one we wanted, At no time did he try to influence us or try the hard sell thing, He was however on hand to help had we needed him.He was polite and extremely pleasant.Training is one thing but he was over and above a really nice guy.Many thanks”

Large car park alongside with free parking but if you are tempted to browse in Sainsbury's and have a coffee or tea in their coffee shop note that free parking is a maximum of 3 hours.”

“Went on a Monday and Homebase was quiet.They stock huge range of items plants for inside and out, gargening, home DIY and flooring just to mention a few.The item I was after had been moved as setting up for Christmas so ask and the gentleman was ever so helpful, walked the length of the shop with me to found the item was not to be in stock for the colour I was after but he explained that I could check prior to coming or order to my home or to store.If you need anything for the home it worth a visit and we don't want to lose it like the Chelmsford store, now gone.Setting up for Christmas now, brilliant.”
