The interior is really dull and uninviting!
Parking: The cafe is located very close to the tube station ? but the interior is very dull and uninviting. There is no parking options.

I come here every week as a morning treat and it is always nice walking in. The baristas are always so lovely and take time for each customer, even when it is very busy. They are professional and lovely every time. Tables are always clean and the coffee is always to Costa standards for me. Will continue coming here for as long as I can.Wheelchair accessibility: There is step free access throughout the premises. Entrance door is not automatic but is a push in and not heavy. There is room around most tables and a clear path to the disabled toilets (this is coded but can be given this by the staff). The entrance way is slightly narrow making it difficult during busy times however as it will only fit one wheelchair at a time.

The staff here is really unpleasant, especially the girl wearing glasses who looks to be there by force. This Costa is the worst coffee shop I have ever seen. I will never, ever visit there.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever witnessed in any coffee shop. Three disinterested staff behind the counter at approx 8pm, not very busy in store yet it was dirty around the till, behind the counter and the floor near where you collect your drinks. Whilst waiting for our drinks to be made another customer came in and ordered a drink and then asked where the toilets were for his young teenage daughter to be told that they were closed even though it was an hour before the store closed. One of the members of staff then suggested if she was that desperate to go then she could use a takeaway cup and passed one to her. We all looked in amazement at what we had just seen before us. If we hadn't have already paid for our drinks I would have cancelled our order in disgust. Safe to say we will never be back in this store again and definitely won't recommend this to anyone. I would even go as far as saying this will be the last time I use a Costa coffee shop. How they can treat a fellow human being in this way is staggering.

I went to breakfast and I wanted to go to the toilet and it turned out that it was damaged, I had to run out and look for a way in, it seemed very bad to me.
