It was fine. I met my friend there.Dietary restrictions: I am vegan. They don't charge a surplus for oat or almond milk.

Really bad customer service. The lady was rude, unprofessional and I had to tell her four times of my order and even then she still got it wrong and overcharged me. When the manager advised her that she had to refund me she had the cheek to roll her eyes and stated it was only 50p. How bad is that for service! I would advise... read full comment

The coffee is good as always and the casier (Latin American lady) is always very sweet. The way the manager is treating the staff is unacceptable. She is shouting and snapping at the other employees all the time, I am a regular customer and all the time she in on shift she makes sure everyone hears she is the supervisor... read full comment
