Excellent experience, completely pain-free and done in the privacy of a consultation room. £30 for one ear with a free consultation and free olive oil prior to the appointment. Really helpful and professional staff. Would recommend to anyone suffering from hearing loss or pain to get a consultation and get the micro-suction done at this friendly pharmacy.”

“This is a wonderful opticians and its always a fantastic experience taking my young daughter here. Sanjay always provides a top service and is fantastic with children.With the current covid situation we found ourselvest stuck with a pair of glasses in quarantine at school and a broken spare pair at home. They kindly offered to see if they could fix them for us and within 30 mins of dropping them off to them I had a call to say although they couldn't be repaired they'd put her lenses in a frame from the shop which they'd disinfected for us.So pleased to be able to get my daughter wearing her glasses again in these conditions as she needs them for homeschooling.Nothing is ever too much for Sanjay and we'll never go elsewhere now.”

The clinician, Sri was really nice and welcoming, putting me at my ease straight away, and she was incredibly knowledgable about the whole process. The clinic uses the latest technology and it was really intersting to view the before and after photos of my ear.
