“The best cex I’ve been to, having a lot to trade in the staff were brilliant, knowledgeable and just all round very helpful..Stephanie in particular helped me out the most on multiple visits being a manager in a retail store myself, it was refreshing to see such good customer service.. in addition a guy call Zak to add extra service when help or advice was needed. Also nice to see staff so energetic and cheerful like Finn who was on shift a couple times that I had arrived and promptly set up my instore card with ease and again just all round helpful. If I could give an extra star on top I would , and that would be for Stephanie’s service alone. Defo promotional worthy if not already a manager ??”
