Shamed me over my medication and refused to give it to me. Never had this experience in any other pharmacy picking up my medication. Went to the boots next door and they gave it to me no questions asked. AVOIDD

Came to the pharmacy at 10am. Asked about ear infection treatment as the NHS suggests this is best dealt with at a pharmacy. They told me they didn’t have a licensed pharmacist available who could deal with this and told me to try boots - which didn’t open until later. What kind of service is this?
