“Wow went into the Romford Rymans store and was taken aback at the customer service I received on thst day. I needed a box to send a dried flower door wreath, it was proving difficult and had to buy quite a big one. A young lady stepped in sge looked at the size down, put the box together for me, she observed a biro was not ideal to use writing out the address and offered a black marker, which was far better, and went totally above by taping all the edges for me. The assistant even asked if I would like to send it by courier, on this occasion it was by far more expensive than sending it via Royal Mail. Amazing customer service this lady is an absolute ambassador for Rymans stationers in Romford.”

“Went to post office upstairs but found some great bargains today. Mary Berry cookbook is amazing and a great deal in the 2 for £10. Very happy with WHsmiths. Will keep popping in. Defo encourage and recommend others to support the business. Hope to find more quality cookbooks there. :)Would also like to add that the staff were all busy organising shelfs and sorting books which is nice. Wouldn't we complain if they didn't do this.I'm happy to use the self-service desk and ask for the help if needed. Which I did do and they were very helpful pointing me in the right direction. Very efficient in my opinion.”
