“The post office section is absolutely great. Helpful and quick staff will assist you during your visit here. Also a couple of self service machines are available for the creation of your Royal Mail label (with the assistance of a member of the staff you can deliver your parcel straight away here without queuing). I can't say the same for people working for WHSmith: quite slow and not focused on their job. Double check if you're buying something at a reduced price because they will ask you to pay the full amount only because they didn't notice the new price on the label. Unhelpful when asking for magazines and stationery. Simply avoid them for a better experience”

As soon as the lady had finished she remembered the call and presented me with my item. The whole time she had a big smile and her customer service was impeccable.
