“I visited this shop today 30 June 2022 and was very pleased with the service.I was looking for a high visibility jacket to wear when cycling and selected a bright yellow one which seemed to be ideal. I paid for it and didn't realise until I returned home, that I lifted it from the wrong section and it was a lady's jacket. It certainly didn't look different from a man's - except for the fastening studs being on the other side. This was entirely and completely my own fault but I preferred to change it.The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and explained that they don't normally offer refunds, but give a credit note instead. She said she would ask the manager though (which she did) and he authorised a refund. As I said, I am aware that it was my mistake, but the store accommodated me nevertheless.I had a closer look at the other jackets and did find a suitable one in my size etc (from the correct section) and the same lady served me when I went to pay for it! She was certainly not rude and we merely laughed at it.I did speak to several assistants during my visit and they were all very pleasant. It is a large store with massive stock. It is certainly worth a visit.”

“Went to go buy shoes on a busy Saturday with a small curly haired boy he said that that they didn’t have our size so he ordered it online and offered us free next day delivery for our inconvenience which was really nice 10/10 customer service”
