He advised me about the options they have and which one is suitable for my son ,\\n\\nWhen I went to pay for the items , I was served by a lady called LYNA.\\n\\nAgain LYNA was so kind, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable, I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes , and she has done refund and finished the purchase in 3 minutes ,\\n\\nI am so blessed that these two employees are working at JD, to be honest most of JD staff are like Djamal and LYNA\\n\\nWell done both of you for your kind help\\nAnd god bless you”

“A very buzy shop with not enough customer service staff. However they do have a lovely range of shoes but avoid going on a Saturday or Sunday as it is crazy buzy.”
