“I had a great experience at Up and Running in East Sheen today. I wanted to get some shoes for my daughter . Ricky was really friendly and helpful when I phoned up and had a few options. I popped along later that day. He was really good with my daughter , very engaging and got down to her level and talked to her. He clearly had an experience of running, having ran in marathons before and asked what type of running she would be doing and when . I would definitely go back to this place . Prices also very good and I ended up buying 2 pairs. Thank you so much .”

“My partner and I visited the store on the 16th March 2024. As soon as we entered we were greeted with smile and Good Morning from Laud! We came to the store as my partner wanted a new pair of trainers I on the other hand wasn’t really looking for anything.Laud gave great recommendations, was extremely patient (as I was indecisive and had to go through a few pairs) we ended up leaving with 2 pairs of trainers.Thank you Laud for your excellent customer service it didn’t go unnoticed.”

“I went in yesterday to get my grandson an Arsenal top for his birthday..I’d had a severe migraine since I woke up and it got worse in Westfield with the lights,noise etc..I was waiting in the que when a sales assistant approached me and asked if I was ok..I explained I’m fine I just have a migraine but she could see I was suffering..she jumped on the till and served me signed me up for a discount and had me out of there quickly…that small piece of kindness made a huge difference to my day..thank you ❤️”

“I love Sweaty Betty products and but frequently, I have not purchased from the Battersea store, however would like to mention, I'm sitting outside your store in the freezing cold. The website states you are open at 11am, it is now 11.30 and your store is in complete darkness. Battersea information have said you open at noon. Please update your website, this is very frustrating!”

“The shop was clean and tidy and with some deals on. Discounts varied from 25% minimum of everything, plus a few items with 50% off. The 2 ladies in the shop were very helpful and knew their stuff. How long the deals are on, I don't know, but it is worth a visit.”
