Car park not clear you have to pay I got a ticket where there is someone waiting to give tickets and manager if matalan doesn’t care

NO FREE PARKING. signs everywhere says pay and display so I paid and went to the till to get my £1 car parking fee back after spending £56. Was told it was for charity and they wouldn't give me back my £1. Scammers, cover your signs that says £1 for up to 1 hour and £2 for 2 hours not the machines as the one i went... read full comment
