“Two really helpful staff today. One of the girls was very helpful when I was looking for a man's hat. The other was working on the til. I accidentally left my debit card in the machine and when I returned 15 mins later they had put behind the counter for me. Thank you for making my xmas shopping so much easier”

“I used to work here as a manager, but trying to be unbiased, this is a great River Island store!It has recently been revamped with improved decor and fixtures, which gives the store a fresh and stylish look. The store is also a centre of excellence for London, so the range of clothing lines is always excellent, and the store prides itself on good customer service.If there's anything not available in-store, the staff will happily check if they can order it for home delivery or click and collect.”

“I've found some really nice stuff here, mainly dresses, In my size and a lot of the time on sale. Also got 2 pairs of beautiful black heels the other day on sale. Its a great place to shop when youre on a budget but still want to look nice”

“They have really helpful staff. One lady in particular really went extra miles to help every customer but i was in rush so couldn’t take her name. Staffs on the till were really kind as well. Helpful staffs really make a difference in whole shopping experience. Also the store is big enough thus feels less crowded.”

“So Next is back open. There is a queuing system and one way route signposted through the store. The store has a capacity of 77 people during COVID. Otherwise its the same Next as usual, good stock of home items as well as the fashion shop next door. Good selection of polo shirts for those online meetings ?”

“I would like to leave a comment for Richard. This man is doing the job he was born to do, he has an incredible eye for suits and shirts. He knows exactly how big a size would be for a person based on sight alone. He is incredibly talented in this department. Please take care of him, tailors, shirt-makers and suits-men like him come around every so often.”

“I went to footayslm today around 5:40 the staff was terrible I went to buy a coat and no one was on the till and waiting there for about five minutes we looked around and the all the staff was in a circle having a mother meeting but this one girl hollie Anne was really helpful nice she came to the till and helped us she was the only working hard while the others was just standing there doing nothing so thank you hollie for your help wish there was more people like you :)”

They have variety but as many other clothing stores, I think the Girls section is quite poor in choices and what is there is somehow boring or not attractive enough.”

“Matalan sells a wide range of things for the home as well as clothing for the family. Great variety, both formal and casual clothing and shoes for all occasions. Okay, prices generally but gets better when they offer special discounts. The best time to buy, though, is when items go on sale. Parking onsite is generally available at a price.”

“Great place to shop. They had loads of men and boys trainers on sale. Great prices. It was quite disappointing though that their female trainers section is smaller than that devoted to the males. Other than that, the store looked quite nice, clean and spacious.”

“Asda is always my go to when I'm back in the UK. It very rarely changes, however this visit I was sad to see that the crisp aisle was sadly lacking. There were less choices than usual and one particular flavour was missing altogether. Still love it though.”
