“I used to work here as a manager, but trying to be unbiased, this is a great River Island store!It has recently been revamped with improved decor and fixtures, which gives the store a fresh and stylish look. The store is also a centre of excellence for London, so the range of clothing lines is always excellent, and the store prides itself on good customer service.If there's anything not available in-store, the staff will happily check if they can order it for home delivery or click and collect.”

Otherwise its the same Next as usual, good stock of home items as well as the fashion shop next door. Good selection of polo shirts for those online meetings ?”

He knows exactly how big a size would be for a person based on sight alone. He is incredibly talented in this department. Please take care of him, tailors, shirt-makers and suits-men like him come around every so often.”

“Mataln has got better quality stuff than many other retail stores like primark and even M& S. As M & S is bit expensive. Kids clothing section has huge collection and no issues with sizes availability apart from School uniform. School uniform stuff is better than, George, F&F and Primak. And prices are almost same.Good collection of house stuff too.Free parking upto 2 hours. You have to pay and you can claim it once you go to check outs.”

“I had an issue with my click and collect order, so went in store to get them to check it for me. Unfortunately my order was lost, but assistant manager James and customer service assistant Aya were absolutely amazing. They managed to sort out my issue and get it replaced. I honestly couldn’t fault them. They’re both a credit to your store and need recognition!”

“After being told at the Stratford branch in Westfield that my daughters iPad was not fixable I decided to book an appointment at Select in Romford and thank goodness I did. Bepko the shop assistant in Romford was very helpful and willing to see if he could fix the iPad compared to the guy in Stratford who just took one look at the iPad, said it was broken and then tried to sell me another iPad. Bepko ran all the tests and managed to remove the bit of metal that was stuck in the charger port. He was very patient and persistent. I would definitely recommend the Romford branch the service is very good.”
