Visited the café which is always staffed by kind helpful staff. Always prepared to help everyone who needs it. Nice food and drink. Although not the biggest store, there's good choice of clothes,for everyone and food in the food store. Very polite, multi skilled staff

The food store continues to close earlier than the stated hours. The store should close st 18.00 but they are closing at 17.54, 17.55, only allow customers out the entrance on the high street but not in. This seems to occur frequently under the supervision of mainly a staff member named Ali in Romford.
