Machine outside swallowed my card. Lady inside extremely blunt and unhelpful when I was clearly panicking. So unprofessional

I've always found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. It can be slow because there are no longer as many staff. Just be thankful that this branch is still open because when it's gone it will be sorely missed especially by so many older folk that need assistance.
