Thus, little hidden gym is great, especially for those who like sparring or boxing, as on the 1st floor you'll find 3 or 4 hanging boxing bags and a boxing ring, which is very popular. The staff here are very hands-on, polite, and welcoming. If you're looking for somewhere to train that isn't packed out, want professional advice, then this is definitely the place to visit.
