I would hand 0 stars, unknown to me you can no longer take an item and buy it at a till. You have to wait to be told their is a queunig system (no signs to know this) and wait for a member to come to you. I'm not sure why this would now be a thing I get job cuts etc... but this is poor, atleast put a sign up so people know... read full comment
