“I have had my lashes done at various places over the years and had to travel to them. The Lash Shack is local to me and I decided to give them a go. I had Cydney as my technician.
She did a fantastic job with my classic lashes. She understood exactly what I wanted. She actually took the time and precision to get the desired affect. The appointment was not rushed. I will defiantly be returning for my infills. Thank you Cydney.

The living room is clean, beautiful and air-conditioned. The staff is very kind, attentive, welcoming and takes great care of the customers. I had a hair removal and a pedicure which were very well done. I would come back without any hesitation.”

“Linda does the most incredible BIAB nails - they last for weeks and never chip. She has such a fabulous range of colours to pick. She is a guru at doing nail art and makes my nails look stunning. I love my appointments with her!
Cocoas offers so much more than just nails but is a hub for all beauty. I get my hair done by Charlie, she is fabulous! My hair has never been so good and healthy.
I also get facials but Inese who is the Queen of skin. She has helped me so much with my eczema.

“Had a lovely manicure, pedicure and sprat tan this afternoon. The girls are so lovely and welcoming and having never had a tan before I was put at ease and felt really comfortable by them all. Very happy with the results, will definitely go again.”

“Gels don't work with me as they chip and split within a day. I had BIABS done by Natalia yesterday and am really happy with my manicure. She showed extreme patience with my inability to decide on a colour, and shaping my nails because some were different lengths. She layered the BIABS really well so they don't look too thick and unnatural. Previous BIABS only had a couple of chips after 3 weeks (and I have HOT showers ), but you could see them growing out as expected (which just personally annoyed me, others may not be bothered). Natalia removed these really quickly and my nails had grown underneath more than they have before. Again, I really love the way my nails were shaped. Would recommend BIABS if you're like me and polish washes off as soon as you wash your hands. Thank you Natalia :)

“Very happy I've came across INOA as my regular. I always leave satisfied with my haircut, colouring and highlights. I've moved away now but keep coming back here as I honestly cannot find anywhere better. “I had suffered for a week with cripling vertigo. I am so glad that I booked a scalp and facial massage as it was clearing as I thought it wd relieve the syptoms. I was very impressed that the lady had researched the best oils for vertigo and also did lymphatic drainage around my ears to clear the inflammation. I have visited many beauty salons, but images is by far the most knowledgeable in using beneficial different movements that shows a lot of care and thought goes into the massage .highly recommended . Excellent quality of treatments.”
