“My Mum came in yesterday with my little sister and they opened a cashcard account for my sister. She was served by a lady called KAZ, in the ROMFORD BRANCH, who was absolutely brilliant. My Mum couldn't praise her enough. She was very informative, very helpful and spoke clearly and explained everything to my little sister who opened her first 'big girl bank account'. Thank You Metro Bank, you are fantastic, as always”

“Went there today and the customer service was friendly although there was a short line you had to wait in to go to the counter (as expected). Also, as of the time of this review, the store closes at 4:30pm during weekdays. Closed during weekends as usual”
