Horrible service. Ordered new lenses for my glasses in December. Delayed for weeks - at at the end I gave up and asked for a refund. They said I would get it back in days but it's August and I still haven't seen it. What is going on?? To be clear, I think most of the staff is great - I have been mostly dealing with the manager.
