They have not done what they committed. Charged me without even sending me the findings/report. The staff who attended me was good but administration is pathetic.

Terrible customer service. We moved addresses 6 months ago and have made multiple requests to change the delivery and it has still not been updated in their system. In addition, my husband?s prescription changed, again, requested for this to be reflected in his contacts and 0 action from the Vision Express staff. We have called and visited the Richmond branch but there is still no solution. Avoid, they simply don?t care!

Do not trust the branch manager here. He has added extras on in breech of basic guidelines. (1.67 index lenses dispensed on very low prescription against request not to do exactly that) Repeatedly selling the wrong lens type and charging a lot of money for unsuitable extras.I tried dealing in branch but they would not let me speak to the manager and did not call me back or email. Went to the Head office but only after weeks they admitted what was dispensed was wrong and offered a suitable replacement.No excuse for this as the rather of lenses is taught to staff on day one.Does seem they upsell even when totally wrong for the patient.£££££money before morals.

Awful Service on line and in person. Booked appt on-line, got email and text confirmations and even reminders...Took day off work.. Got to VE shop and no appointments existed as all fully booked and to cap it all the reception young lady just kept giggling about it. Blaming the on-line system and said it's been like that for ages.Have to say it seemed a bit like a joke shop so left and went over the road to Optical Center - who were unbelievably brilliant, polite and so knowledgeable etc. Oh and cheaper. I am so glad that the vision express service was awful allowing me to never go there again. What a shambles - won't be there long with all the competition. Shop around and follow your instincts, this lot don't deserve your hard earned money. I should have read the google reviews before booking, my bad.

I have been receiving the worst customer service from Vision express at Richmond. I have been waiting for weeks to get my eyes tested, they kept cancelling my appointment.Also, I have been waiting for weeks to receive my sample contact lenses.Absolutely no concept customer service at this store.

Nice optician - friendly & efficient. But the other staff are rude and unhelpful, and the shop itself is scruffy with a poor selection of glasses compared to other branches and online.

Terrible service and quality. Don't buy a thing in this place. I have bought 2 pairs of new glasses, and they have bended the metal hinges while assembling them. I have told them that I won't accept faulty glasses and their words have been: 'madam, you are too picky'. Amazing. They are not only total incompetents technically but have the worse customer service. Terrible experience. Never again.

Very unprofessional and took long time. I can?t even see clearly with my new glasses. Wasted £600+! I would rather go back to Specsaver or Boots optician. Very disappointed

Absymal customer service. I called when I was 5 minutes away to explain that I was running late due to traffic incident. I was told to try making it in asap. I got to optician 7 minutes past my 2:15pm appointment. The gentlemen on reception went into speak to personnel in the back room and returned within a matter of seconds to let me know what I arrived late, it my fault that i cannot be seen todayThere were no other customers waiting!!! I explained I was late by a mere few minutes. I work with clients, and I would never consider my client 'late' if they were 7 minutes late, would you? Or atleast I would give my client a grace period of 10 - 15 minutes in order to consider that there are other clients to be seen.Funny how they make you wait, never see you on time, yet that somehow has no push back on timing?

Booked online, the day before appointment called to say fully booked. Tried rebook for another week, day before called again saying "we don't see age 4"... How simple is to add this when accept online booking!!!
