“I used to love their special designed hats. Every season I would buy two to three hats for my wardrobe collection and even bought them as a gift for my friends overseas, but since last year they stopped selling the designer hats. Instead of just so-so hats which are not special at all! I hope they will change it back as I really miss them =( By the way, the staff in the Richmond branch are very friendly (it's the branch that I usually visit).”
