Overcharged me despite me telling them I was taking away. When I asked for my refund, the woman gave me 20p from the tips and said her till was ?locked by Uber?. Where?s the rest of my refund and what is happening to the tips money?!

The blonde young lady is horrendously rude and appalling. I don?t know how she got a job in customer service but she should absolutely not be front of house serving customers in such a nice part of London.
Thankfully the darker-skinned young lady had a lot more decency and culture and helped my experience there be a lot more bearable than it would have been with this monster?s attitude.

Lattes not warm enough, what is with this city and not being able to HEAT a HOT drink... relax the milk or use the steamer for longer!!

Dirty restaurant. Toilets were out of service. Girls too busy playing on their phones. No one was charged with emptying the tables of used cups and cutlery. It feels unsafe to eat or drink there.

Absolutely appalled by the service at Costa Coffee in Richmond. My 3-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom, and even though the one for kids and disabled persons was available, they rudely refused to let us in. It seems they prioritize staff comfort over a child's emergency. I'm never returning to a Costa again.

Do not order a chai latte the worst I have ever tasted when I asked for cinnamon on top the older lady behind the till said we don't have any.
The chai lattes from Costa generally are delicious this was horrendous just milk.
Super short staffed too
