I always enjoy visiting Waterstones, the staffs are very friendly and helpful and there is always an intriguing book to grab and read.

As far as the bookshop is concerned, it’s excellent: a great selection of books, clear layout and helpful and friendly staff. The cafe staff are delightful and the quality of food is also good however many of us are not keen on the new seating area by the window which blocks light and attracts laptop users.
