“It's difficult to give 4 stars as the staff are always changing. I have come across abrupt rude staff shouting at customers with absolutely no respect.Having said that just recently Staff member Vinoth is by far the politest, helpful friendly staff member I have ever come across at this store. He packs my shopping without hesitation in a calm helpful manner I ve been shopping here since it opened about 13 years ago.Its a shame all staff are not to his standard.Thank you Vinoth for giving such a great customer service.”

“Great selection for a medium sized Sainsbury's. Only thing that lets it down is the occasional switch up of locations of the milks and alternative milks, but as long as you have eyes , the staff are more than happy to help out.”

“When I am on my way to the bus stop nearby, I cannot help but take a few minutes and grab a treat for myself in the little Waitrose. Waitrose is by far my favourite shop chain of all time. They stock high quality food and drink and never fail to amaze me with the standards of their products. The staff are, well, average for a shop; but it does not take away from the Waitrose experience”

“Best thing about this place is the timing. It's open 24 hours Monday to Friday and limited hours for the weekend. It helps you a lot when you need something urgent like baby milk or medicine. Large verity of products. Very friendly staff. I am a regular customer for the past 10 years. Never have a problem.”
