“Navin is one of the senior members of the team. This is Going back 4 or 5 weeks ago. Having to come throught after work. Explained one of my kids left shopping bag when my Mrs came earlier that day and when they got home, one bag was missing. Navin took the decision on the spot and said I will issue you a voucher of the same amount and you can come and purchase the same again. For me that was like WOW this guy made my day and hats of to you Navin. Your my superstar. Thank you so much.”

“Every thing was fine until, I reached the check out, there seems to be some new check out that have scales attached, to them, which made it not easy to check the items, I had brought. The items where a fair price, and the store was fully stocked. Next visit I think I will use the old style self service check out.”
