“Small little store, but all the essentials/merchandise are always neat and tidy. The atmosphere is lovely, it gives me a sense of a small quant village post office. The two gentlemen are always greeting the regular customers by their names. They are very helpful and always smile. No tasks are ever too big or small. I am lucky enough to have the choice of two other alternative post offices to go too. However I prefer the excellent service at this 355 Putney Upper Richmond Road branch. Even if the queue can be a bit long, these two men treat all customers with the same patience, respect, professional service and smiles. PLEASE share this with the staff as they truly need recognition! Thanks Caroline”

“It's difficult to give 4 stars as the staff are always changing. I have come across abrupt rude staff shouting at customers with absolutely no respect.Having said that just recently Staff member Vinoth is by far the politest, helpful friendly staff member I have ever come across at this store. He packs my shopping without hesitation in a calm helpful manner I ve been shopping here since it opened about 13 years ago.Its a shame all staff are not to his standard.Thank you Vinoth for giving such a great customer service.”

Located next to East Putney station, in a pretty much busy area.Every time I came here I could find everything I needed so far because this store has got a quite big selection of products for affordable prices. “Small convenience store. Place was far more use as the pub it was before, (The Northumberland Arms.) Rarely busy, limited offerings on stock, on a plus side there's a nice helpful team of staff.”

“A very helpful local supermarket with POST OFFICE included. Shop area open almost ALL hours. Hardworking staff understandably stressed out may show strain in their body language but no offence taken considering they are open on all festive season. Very helpful when you need something at short notice this store is at local community's service.”
