“Had trouble locating a pair of black trousers. Staff weren't too helpful. When I eventually found them myself after the sales assistant gave up, I noticed there was a £2 price increase on a smaller pair. I spoke with the manager who said that the till will determine the price and that he can't change it, even though I spent about 20 minutes myself looking through all the black trousers to find them.”

“Really love this store. I love bargain hunting and even though you might have to dig around and maybe not see something every time it's always nice when you do find a great bargain. I found a lovely dkny navy sweater dress with a hood that will be perfect for everyday wear with a pair of flat white runners or I could dress it up with tights and a pair of heels...it's very comfortable and I even wore it for a funeral!”
