“Great shopping experience ?. My only issue is that the curtesy disability scooter which has a lovely space for shopping and my portable oxygen cylinder, was at the opposite end of the store, when really it should be very near the entrance of the store. But I was hugely grateful that Woolwich sainsburys had one instore. Very nice and helpful staff. The aisles are nicely spaced apart and a good variety of items. Very clean, tidy, and bright store. I didn't feel any croud anxiety at all. Small plant section, but the plants were healthy and a very good price. I like shopping here when I am well enough to get out and about.Extremely happy. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommended ?”

“First bad experience the other day in 2 years got short changed the new guy was so rude I just walked out in future will see who's working before I split with my £££'s”

“I actually was visiting the Shell petrol station. My car runs best on Shell V Power petrol. The price here is competitive and it burns much better. I've found when I filled up at Harvest with Unleaded I got 252 miles per full tank & approximately 37.5mpgUpon advice from Hyundai themselves (I have an i10 N Line T-gdi 1.0 litre turbo which is apparently most compatible with Shell)I switched to Shell V Power which is a super unleaded. Well was I shocked!! 462 miles on a full tank & up to 56mpg! Needless to say I no longer use any other petrol plus I also have the Shell go app.”

“Iceland in plumstead high street is good un, staff are always willing to help and it's usually entertaining going there because of arguments you see between the security guard and the shop lifter's ?”

“Smaller than your average Sainsbury's but nice and convenient. Not sure how they can call it local though, because it isn't necessarily it depends where you are. Anywhere is local if that's where you happen to be. Seems harsh to knock off a whole star for that though, although the meal deal is pretty stupid. Who's having a plain ham sandwich? Nutters, that's who.”

“I'm a regular and ex colleague from another department of Tesco all the staff there are really nice and courteous and also they are nice to chat with aswell”

“Lovely store with practically everything you need at great prices! Helpful staff, but beware the lack of crossaints and cookies! They were gone before 10am a few times.”

“Nearly always open from 6am til 11pm so always handy for that last minute item or that first thing in the morning. Lovely genuine staff always willing to help. It's been recently refurbished and for such a small londis it stocks quite a lot!”

“I went in here for food, it's good because it's open late on Sundays and so is useful, as opposed to the stupid huge Tesco across the road which seems to have changed it's closing times and now closes at 17:00. Very convenient.Also, I've never had any problem with 'rude' staff here (I've been here several times), unlike what all the other reviewers are whining on about (they probably have nothing better to do).”

“Just come back from this shop and not happy at all as new brown eyes male sales assistant short hight (oriental looka like - not discriminating just trying to describe him correctly) grabbing my hand really hard after I took single item from box where supposed to be sale by box only (I didn't know that as no sing placed for info) - instead of talking to me and explaining he's been really rude and painful for my hand. I will never go there again”

“One of our go to place to buy our groceries as there items are really affordable especially the meat where they offer 3 for 10 though it is increased from last year.I always load up £20 in there app which I get £1 in return.Here are some of the items we usually buy here”

“Regular shopper here. Staff very welcoming, boy with the long hair at the till was very helpful and provided a quick and convenient service. Only negative I have is the shelves are often empty.”

“This 5 star is for the lady whom I had seen twice in the counter which is opened most of time and nearer from coin machine.. though there is other counter but I had noticed that counter is open most of time.. comparing to nearer from coin machine.. I dint notice her name tbh.. but I recognise her face on my next visit .. if u speak with all of the staff around there then she might knew she is the one, because she said she have most of the pregnant women through her counter.. though I live an hour from that tesco superstore but I prefer shopping there , as it is big store and plus got a tesco cafe 5/5 , being as a clubcard member I prefer shopping in tesco but she is the one for this 5 star review.. Next time if I see her again I m gonna ask her if she had seen my review.. every little helps,”

“I've lived in the area a little while now and this has to be the better supermarket. Tesco is better for choice but this place is just as good with price and the customer service is a million times better. I walk a little further and come here.”
