He took the time to show me where the cardboard boxes were and explained some technical jargon that I wasn’t too sure of. In this day and age, where customer service is going down the pan, it’s good to see some people still value it. I believe his name was Dan. On a slight negative note, some of the ladies who work there, could take a leaf out of his book. It’s as if they’re totally disinterested in exuding any warmth, thus making me feel like an inconvenience.”
