“I went into this store for the very first time after seeing a few people talk good of the store then I went in today and had a read of some of the books slowly picking out which ones I wanted, the store staff were very kind to me and told me I could look upstairs when I asked and what's up there, suggested me some new books by authors I had picked out other books from then offered me a Waterstones card to get discounts and all now I'm at home with my new purchases!”
