“I was shopping in the Orpington Tesco last Sunday, as dartford unfortunately doesn’t have a Tesco extra store which is very inconvenient. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the lack of staff used within the tills as this created longer queues, while waiting to pay and already having to wait for an elevator as I struggle to access stairs due to your escalator break down. Unfortunately you didn’t have any self-serve cash tills open, so I had to use a normal checkout, while waiting to pay for my shopping I realised I was at a card payment only till which made me disappointed as more clear signs should be added.However I was impressed with the service of the staff as they were very helpful and attentive, sometimes when I shop I struggle with finding my way around, I asked two young blonde girls who were stocking the ready meals, to help me with finding some items on my shopping list and I was very grateful as they were so kind and understanding, although they seemed very busy they were still willing to help me with a positive attitude.”

I'd wanted something cheap and easy for lunch as was hungry and at the end of the month £ was limited... id popped into Iceland as more convenient but except for the reductions which were fab and I had to resist as was for fruit which I already had; i had to go the long way round to Morrisons but was worth it as I got exactly what I wanted.. aisles seemed a bit of a maze and despite there not being loads of us in there I was asked to 'excuse me' twice possibly by the same person; maybe because the reduced section is very close to a pillar.
Easy to get to checkouts; glad I didn't need to navigate the rest of the store and all seemed to be working which made a nice change... I hadn't noticed the kiosk just inside which seemed well stocked for an eve quicker visit .. glad I made the effort.. staff seemed nice too, very clean and uncluttered for a weekday lunchtime during the holidays.. thanks”

“Gowri was and always is the best assistance in any m&s store I’ve ever experienced, and m&s is my only go to. Any staff of there’s are always eager to help and such a pleasure to talk too but Gowri is so helpful, quick and dedicated to her roll. Thank you for all your help darling x”

“In Sainsbury's Beckenham the staff's are really good. They are always ready to help when you need to look for something that you want to buy but couldn't find where it was located. They are very friendly especially Debbie.”

“Good little express outlet with all the basics, very handy to pop in and get milk, bread and other items you have run out ofwhen passing the door or filling up with petrol. Petrol prices here are also normally reasonable which is an added bonus. Staff are good tempered and helpful too.”

“Very nice and clean shop staff are helpful and kind but I was just wondering could you have more people on the till because sometimes you are waiting for ages in the line because the only 1 person on the till in the evening but the card only ones are fine but I see I lot of people having trouble with them when they go wrong so I was just asking would it be ok to have more people on the till because I was in the line abd I lot of other customer were not happy they wanted to live there stuff and walk out but they thought no we are going to wait”

“So I was a doughnut today and dropped my purse in Cotmandene. I realised in about 2 minutes and walked back to where it could have been and it was gone ??? I went into the shop I had been in and nope, not there. I cancelled all my bank cards and once home thought I would call Co-op just to see if anyone had handed it in. To my delight, a young man called Alex who works in Co-op had picked it up and handed it into his manager. Alex is my hero. What an absolute star ?⭐️?⭐️”

“I had a really tough time changing my pharmacy when I moved to orpington, and boots staff in on orpington High Street being incredibly unhelpful and at times defensive.Today I needed an emergency prescription due to the boots pharmacy not giving me instructions on how to order a repeat prescription.Alvin and the team at tescos stepped in and were unbelievably helpful, kind, and caring. When you're feeling anxious about anti-anxiety medication, it's so important to have that care and support. Thank you to Alvin so much for taking care and showing so much compassion.I have switched my pharmacy to this team at tesco - they are a wonderful bunch.”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”
