I still cant believe peoples negative reviews, which they leave about this pharmacy. If you want bad service go to Llyods Pharmacy in Windsor Drive. They are on another level for being absolutely rubbish. I have always found the staff at Rowlands to helpful and very friendly. I can only suggest that people give the staff...

I have been going here for several years for my repeat prescriptions and I find the current staff both caring and professional. You have to allowing enough time for prescriptions to "go through the system" but that said I find it works for me.

Took 6 trips to get my medication which was still wrong, and the staff were very rude and patronising I wouldn’t steep foot in there again
