“My gp surgery changed my pharmacy from Lloyds to osborn as Lloyds was messaging me my prescriptions was ready and I would get there and they would never have my repeat prescriptions or just one item so I would have to go without my repeat prescriptions for days but with osbon it's ready in 2 days absolutely brilliant phamacy”

She held a comprehensive consultation and was able to diagnose a throat infection and prescribe the right antibiotics. I am already starting to feel better. The boss man was an extremely pleasant person, as were his colleagues, and did everything possible to assist me when I presented myself for an unplanned blood pressure check. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m pleased he set me up for a 24hr monitor - more than I’d have likely got from the doctor surgery! “Great chemist, I've recently come back from being abroad and had a problem with my ear, this chemist runs an ear suction service, they're very reasonably priced, the pharmacist also proscribed me two types of antibiotics, they were that good they contacted my gp and got all my prescription needs transferred to them for the foreseeable future, I can't recommend this chemist enough ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Great service!.. my husband and I booked our covid boosters on line but apparently they have a walk in service too. Whilst there we were offered our flu jabs as well so got it all done in one visit. It was quick and painless we were very impressed and will definitely use their services in the future.”

“This pharmacy have gone above and beyond to get my medicine in for me and I can't praise them enough. It did take the suppliers 3 days to get the items to them but that is not the pharmacy's fault. This was an emergency prescription from a hospital where I live but Silversands is near where I work. When I phoned on Saturday to see if the items were in, Zoe offered to bring them to me if they came in, knowing that I needed to get a train down so may not get there before closing. The items finally arrived today and I received a phone call letting me know. Extremely apologetic (even though it was out of their control) but so friendly and helpful, a far cry from the ignorant, unhelpful service I received from a high street chemist who couldn't even be bothered to check if it could be ordered.”

“Clean and very well stocked. A very helpful lady served me and my mum with my purchases and offered me some reduced bargains...which I purchased. This brand is far better than the other highstreet chemist. It's full of everything you need and makeup is always fully stocked. The shelves are clean and full and well dressed.
