Whoever was working here yesterday (Monday 3rd July) is the LOVELIEST loveliest lady- really made me and my friends day (the two gingers- I bought a black crochet cardigan jumper thing and she brought a black heart necklace). So sweet and absolutely perfect for customer service. Will definitely be back!

The manger at this shop is very rude and has no clue regarding selling of goods ie distribution of stock. I come to Kent every month on a buying trip for Art related goods. If there no paintings I ask do you have any stock at the back yes ..Come back next week they will be priced. It never happens fo the PDSA to earn money you must have someone who understands turnover of goods this guy does not znd needs to go on a customer service course.

I've visited before lockdown however, this worthy charity shop offers lovely original home accessory and quality second hand fashion.Possible re-fit post re-opening in Spring 2021.Proceed goes to high quality charity vet hospitals offering treatment and medicine for those on low income so that their beloved pets won't suffer lack of vet treatment. Please visit to keep vets and nurses giving routine and vital life saving care for pets and pet parents who need them (COVID job loss hit pets too)

The manager discriminates against people with hidden disabilities! So glad I recorded his disgusting attitude and took things further. Horrible man!

Training of volunteer staff definitely needed. Kept waiting a while to look at something while a woman bought a lot of DVD's in front of us. Then when wanting to purchase a necklace and two DVD's the woman at the till said I am serving this lady first that arrived afterwards. She said can I serve this lady she came before, when it was not the case at all she came after us. The woman at the till when we complained started being extremely rude and blunt at us even when we tried to leave the shop continuing trying to argue with us and very rude and argumentative, not how a volunteer should be. Appalled at this incident, this used to be a really good shop but has definitely gone down hill with customer service. It is not acceptable for any customer to have to deal with an unhelpful argumentative and rude woman at the till who did not seem enthusiastic about her job in the slightest or wanting to help customers. She continued to shout at us even when we were leaving the shop shouting over the till, please train your volunteers in customer service.
