Whoever was working here yesterday (Monday 3rd July) is the LOVELIEST loveliest lady- really made me and my friends day (the two gingers- I bought a black crochet cardigan jumper thing and she brought a black heart necklace). So sweet and absolutely perfect for customer service. Will definitely be back!

The manger at this shop is very rude and has no clue regarding selling of goods ie distribution of stock. I come to Kent every month on a buying trip for Art related goods. If there no paintings I ask do you have any stock at the back yes ..Come back next week they will be priced. It never happens fo the PDSA to earn money... read full comment
