Very rude staff I've never seen. They don't care. Waiting for the shoes ? and he is doing romeo and julliette with his friend. Only the staff in entrance is helpful and welcoming.

Shame I can?t give ZERO?! Staff is a mess, rude and very very unprofessional! I purchased something and they left the security tag on so the guy on the door took the item and gave to another staff to sort it out. He saw the receipt and put it back in the bag. After waiting for minutes to have the security tag removed, we have left the shop again and he shout at us to go back. He didn?t explain why we should wait there and after saying to him that he was treating us like criminals, he said that maybe the payment was declined! WHAT A JOKE! We paid, we had the proof and the money was off from our account! After we left feeling embarrassed and very very disappointed! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE! They treated us like criminals and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Also, I?ll report this shop!

Such a poor runned shop by staff very unprofessional..in regards to not checking what's actually on there system..i ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter to the Orpington Jd store and got the same day click amd collect and was told in a message at 8 oclock at night my order is delayed.. i then rang them in the morning to see what was going on they were ready to collect. ..i picked up my daughters trainers and went home ..to realise when i opened that bag and the box that there was only one trainers ..had to trqvel back to the shop where the staff was rude and laughing about the matter ...i would not recommend this store ..use other stores if you can .

Been here few times no smile or no courtesy hello from the staff, very cold most of the staff members are students.

Well kept store and clean changing rooms. Visit regularly if not weekly and honesty don't remember ever seeing the same face again. Staff are hit and miss and not always polite service.

They didht have the classic Adidas in my size in sales ..I've been all over Kent and Essex and London ...staff hit and miss but generally ok

They don't deserve even one star. Visited this store today to return a pair of trainers bought on-line. Awful experience. Told the 1st member of staff I was returning the item, she removed the box from the original delivery bag and then scanned them into the till. I was waiting for a refund but she was waiting for payment and looked at me like i was stupid!!!! Reminded her I was returning the item, said she hadn't noticed. No apology. I could go on. Next was served by who I presume was the manager(ess) who was abrupt to the point of rudeness. Finally got my refund. Staff should concentrate on providing customer service rather than discussing overtime pay between themselves and the latest stock. Terrible customer service

Well stocked shop, but the staff working there were quite racist. First, they asked me to leave my shopping bag at the till , when I wanted to use the Fitting room. Next, whilst I was in the Fitting room ( for barely a few minute!!!) one of the staff kept knocking on my compartment to check on me. When I stepped out of the Fitting room, the staff wanted to do another check on what I was carrying, despite leaving my shopping bag and jacket at the till!!! They did not do this to an any of the other shoppers using the Fitting Rooms. Silly me, I shouldn?t have bought anything there , and saved the £80 I spent there. Wouldn?t have stepped inside if i wasn?t using the Gym next door . Very disappointed and angry for singling me out
