Very rude staff I've never seen. They don't care. Waiting for the shoes ? and he is doing romeo and julliette with his friend. Only the staff in entrance is helpful and welcoming.

Shame I can’t give ZERO…! Staff is a mess, rude and very very unprofessional! I purchased something and they left the security tag on so the guy on the door took the item and gave to another staff to sort it out. He saw the receipt and put it back in the bag. Such a poor runned shop by staff very unprofessional..in regards to not checking what's actually on there system..i ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter to the Orpington Jd store and got the same day click amd collect and was told in a message at 8 oclock at night my order is delayed.. i then rang them in the morning... read full comment
